Payment is required before research commences for Starter sessions. Larger projects require a 50% deposit. We do not guarantee specific research outcomes; fees are for research time and expertise, not for a specific result. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where we have not yet commenced research on a project.

Research reports and documents prepared for clients are licensed to clients for personal and non-commercial use.
